Refund policy
Returns
At Muracha, we're committed to delivering an exceptional product. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products only.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of your delivery date.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
To start a return, email us at hello@drinkmuracha.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation letting you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the credit on their end.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at hello@drinkmuracha.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Because matcha is a perishable food product, all sales are considered final once a product has been opened or used. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have a question about whether your item is eligible, don't hesitate to reach out.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the right product is to initiate a return for the item you have, and once approved, place a new order separately.
