Shipping policy
Order Processing Times:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are prepared and shipped from our facility within 1–3 business days of being placed. During high-demand periods — such as product launches or peak shopping seasons, please allow an additional 2–4 business days for processing.
Order Tracking:
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking updates typically appear within 1–3 business days, as carriers require time to scan and log packages into their systems. In many cases, tracking details become available within a few hours of label generation, though update frequency varies by carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, Muracha is not responsible for delays that occur in transit.
Muracha ships domestic orders via DHL eCommerce, USPS, and UPS.
Shipping Costs:
All applicable shipping costs for US orders are calculated and displayed at checkout. Subscription orders ship for a flat $8 fee. At this time, we do not offer expedited or international shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order doesn't arrive or shows up damaged, please contact us at hello@drinkmuracha.com within 7 days of your estimated delivery date. We'll partner with the carrier to investigate and work toward a resolution. Once a package is marked as delivered, Muracha is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items.
Changes & Cancellations:
Need to make a change? Reach out to us as quickly as possible at hello@drinkmuracha.com and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been processed or handed off to a carrier, modifications and cancellations may no longer be possible.
